At Human Derma Care, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with every purchase. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
- The product received is damaged or defective at the time of delivery.
- An incorrect product has been delivered that does not match your order.
- The product is expired at the time of delivery.
- The return request is raised within 48 hours of receiving the order.
We do not accept returns for products that have been opened, used, or partially consumed, unless the product is found to be genuinely defective.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are strictly non-returnable:
- Products that have been opened or used.
- Prescription-based medicines once dispensed and delivered.
- Products damaged due to improper use or storage by the customer.
- Products purchased during sale or special promotional offers.
- Items without original packaging or missing batch number and expiry details.
3. How to Raise a Return Request
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery via email or phone.
- Share your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photographs of the damaged, defective, or incorrect product along with its packaging.
- Our customer support team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.
- If your return is approved, we will arrange a pickup from your delivery address at no additional cost.

4. Refund Policy
Once your returned product is received and inspected by our team, we will notify you of the status of your refund. Refunds will be processed as follows:
- Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after the return is verified.
- For Cash on Delivery orders, the refund will be processed via bank transfer. You will be required to share your bank account details with our support team.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error such as a wrong or defective product.
5. Replacement Policy
If you prefer a replacement over a refund, Human Derma Care will dispatch a fresh, correct product at no additional cost after verification of your return request. Replacement orders are typically processed and dispatched within 3–5 business days of return approval.
6. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our support team immediately.
- Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, you may initiate a return after delivery as per the return eligibility conditions stated above.
- For prescription-based orders, cancellation is only permitted before prescription verification is completed.
7. Damaged in Transit
If your product arrives damaged due to transit or handling by our logistics partner, please:
- Do not accept a visibly tampered or severely damaged package.
- If accepted, report the issue within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
- We will arrange a full replacement or refund at no cost to you after verification.
